FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most gyms are built for the average person. Absolute Recomp is built for people who take their training seriously whether that’s competing on stage or on the platform, building the best version of themselves, or simply refusing to settle for an average gym. We source equipment from over 30 of the best manufacturers in the industry, bringing together an exclusive lineup you won’t find under one roof anywhere else. The environment is built around performance, and the community reflects that. When you walk in, you’re surrounded by people who show up consistently and take their training seriously. That’s not something you find at most fitness centers.
Yes. While the environment and equipment are built for serious lifters, beginners are welcome as long as you’re ready to put in the work and respect the space. You’ll learn a lot just by training alongside people who take it seriously.
Every Absolute Recomp location is open & staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. Train on your schedule whether that’s early mornings, late nights, or even holidays.
We source from over 30 of the best manufacturers in the industry including Watson, Arsenal, Panatta, Rogers, and New Tech, bringing together an exclusive lineup most gyms can’t come close to. Power racks, deadlift platforms, competition benches, calibrated plates, specialty bars, strongman implements, a full machine lineup, and an extensive cardio selection. Every piece is chosen intentionally. You’ll have everything you need to build strength, add muscle, and perform at your best.
We have a full lineup of cardio equipment including treadmills, stair mills, bikes, and more. The majority of the floor is built around machines, racks, and platforms, but cardio is well covered. You won’t have to compromise on either.
Yes, Absolute Recomp is content-friendly, with a few ground rules. You’re welcome to record your lifts and create social media content, but you may not film other members without their consent, block walkways, or tie up equipment for extended shoots. Larger production setups should be cleared with staff in advance.
Personal tripods and small cameras are allowed as long as they’re kept close to your station and don’t create hazards or block other members. If you’re bringing a photographer, videographer, or planning a professional shoot, contact the gym ahead of time so we can review timing, setup, and any required waivers.
Every Absolute Recomp location has a dedicated posing room with mirrors and lighting built for bodybuilders, physique athletes, and content creators. It’s part of the standard.
Our gyms stay busy – that’s what happens when you build a space serious lifters actually want to train in. That said, the floor is designed to handle it. Weekday evenings after work tend to be the peak, with mornings and midday a bit more open if you prefer extra space.
Absolute Recomp doesn’t have in-house personal trainers, but we do welcome independent trainers to work with their clients at our locations. If you’re already working with a coach or looking for one, our gym is set up to support that relationship. Independent trainers interested in training clients at Absolute Recomp should reach out to staff about trainer access fees and requirements.
That’s exactly what we’re built for. Our environment, equipment, and coaching are centered on progressive overload, tracking, and sustainable nutrition habits so you can lose fat, gain muscle, and improve performance over time, not just burn calories on machines. Recomposition is in the name for a reason.
No minimum fitness level required. Most of our members already have a training foundation, but if you’re newer to lifting, you’re welcome here as long as you’re serious about putting in the work and respecting the space.

Absolute Recomp is a serious training environment. Chalk, heavy lifting, and intensity are part of the culture. We ask members to use chalk in designated areas, control their weights, re-rack plates and dumbbells, and clean up after themselves. Treat the gym the way you’d want others to treat it.
Yes. Our state-of-the-art locker rooms are designed with the same attention to detail and aesthetic as the rest of the facility. All locations include showers, dedicated men’s and women’s saunas, and everything built to match the standard serious athletes expect.
Absolute Recomp is staffed 24/7, so there’s always someone on-site no matter when you train. All members check in at the front like normal, and security cameras are in place throughout the facility. You’re never walking into an empty gym — day or night.
Results depend on your consistency, nutrition, sleep, and stress, but most members who train 3–5 days per week with a structured program notice strength gains within a few weeks and visible physique changes within a few months. The advantage of training at Absolute Recomp is that everything—the equipment, the environment, and the community around you is set up to help you stay consistent long enough to see real change.
Absolute Recomp is built for people who are serious about results whether that’s building muscle, getting stronger, improving performance, or competing on stage or on the platform. If that’s you, you’ll fit right in. If you’re looking for a basic treadmill and a few light machines, a large commercial gym is probably a better fit. But if you want to train somewhere that takes lifting as seriously as you do, Absolute Recomp is exactly what you’re looking for.
